Further, I will be talking about stuff related to affiliate marketing and advertising (surprise there 🙂 ) – so if you aren’t familiar with these concepts, you are encouraged to Google these terms and get up to speed at least on a basic level so that you know what you are reading and potentially doing – of course feel free to ask anything in the comments and I will gladly help you!

For those of you who are familiar with the aforementioned but have not heard about ad intelligence and how it relates to those things – you can find the missing puzzle piece by reading our Life Of Ads Ad Intelligence 101 Article.

What you will find ahead is some hand-picked ads from our ad intel database with extra input, some insights and affiliate offer information – so you can simply grab the creative, the title, targeting options and with your own affiliate link of the ad’s offer setup your own variation of that ad within minutes.

Though, please remember that this article is an informative guide and income cannot be guaranteed. How to apply any of this information is up to you.

So let us begin…

1. Ad #2783

RevContent Ad Example 2783 - Play This Game For 1 Minute And See Why Everyone Is Addicted!

This is an ad that advertises an MMO game called “Vikings: War of Clans” to the USA. It no longer runs, but used to run on the native ads network RevContent and across a span of at least (as far as we tracked it) 42 days, during which it has been seen 10 times. This is a solid running timeframe for any ad.

This is a good example of a direct link ad – meaning it does not use a landing page, but rather links right to the game it advertises, on Plarium.com – which is easy to determine just by Googling the game’s name.

You may want to note that the ad was seen primarily on Sundays. Even though it was seen only 10 times, it is a good assumption that an ad like that would run mostly on weekends, as people are more likely to feel like signing up for a new online game during that time. Perhaps that is the reason our system did not see that ad on almost any other day – because it simply did not run then.

If you would like to run this ad right now, aside of the title, creative and targeting options found on the ad’s #2783 page, you would also need the following info…

Alphabetical list of affiliate networks where the ad’s offer “Vikings: War of Clans” can be found per the targeting options:
AdGaem.com | Payout: $2.80
AdsMain.com | Payout: $3.40
C3PA.net | Payout: $2.30
Elev8Media.net | Payout: $2.80
ValuLeads.com | Payout: $4.00

Also, please do not forget that if you simply cannot get access to this ad’s offer – you can always use a similar offer – in this case a similar MMO game, even if that means a completely different landing page, just make sure that game would be around the same genre.

2. Ad #11390

Taboola Ad Example 7852 - The Most Addictive Game Of The Year!

This one is a newer ad and though last seen on April 15th, may still be running. This ad has not been around for a long while yet, with just 15 days span of action but was seen 11 times during this period what can suggest that it’s quite prominent because the advertiser is bidding higher. In general, it is safe to assume that the higher the result of (“Seen Amount” / “Alive For”) – the higher the budget is for that ad.

I include this ad because it actually advertises “Vikings: War of Clans” as well with a really similar landing page on Plarium.com. Targeting options are identical as well as the ad network although the creative and title clearly have different approaches. You may notice that Sunday is again a prominent week day for this ad as well.

Personally I see myself, at least for starters, going with ad #2783, not only because of the tracked stats but also because that talking tree looks way cool, but in a nerdy way of course – and even though it’s subjective, that is what we want if the game we advertise has a word like “Vikings” in the name.

Also, the title of this ad “Try The Game That CEOs Play To Unwind & Stay Sharp” takes a risky move in assuming that most people know the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) abbreviation. Whereas ad #2783 takes a much safer approach saying “Play This Game For 1 Minute And See Why Everyone Is Addicted!” – can’t go wrong with a title like that, at least until ad intelligence suggests otherwise 🙂

Having said the above, this ad was more active (seen) during a shorter run than the first one which is a good clue to that it shouldn’t overlooked.

3. Ad #7852

RevContent Ad Example 11390 - Try The Game That Ceos Play To Unwind & Stay Sharp

This ad advertises the MMO game Elvenar to the UK. This ad has been seen only 5 times but across a whopping 211 days thus far. This may be due to the fact that the advertiser has been running this ad sporadically, yet successfully.

The title of the ad is very aggressive especially thanks to the exclamation mark at the end – it’s like: “What? Haven’t you heard about this game yet?? This is *The Most Addictive Game Of The Year!*” – certainly an attention grabber.

Unlike ad #2783, this one has a subtitle which clearly states what game this is – useful if you want to save yourself some unnecessary clicks from people that already are members of the game you advertise.

The offer “Elvenar” can be found on:
Addiliate.com | Payout: $1.77
AppAve.mobi | Payout: $0.79
JungleTap.com | Payout: $1.10
